COURIOUS ABOUT THE CLASSROOM?​

 

It is here where the magic begins in La Casa Del Sol. We take care that all children and infants can have care based on their needs and ages. That is why each age group has its program.

PEQUEÑOS SOLECITOS 3-MONTH TO 22 MONTH

They are the youngest in our school and they do not have a specific curriculum because each baby has different needs. At this age, they are learning about human relationships and their first experiences will be the ones that will mark their way of seeing and exploring the world. You know that having a good start gives them more confidence and security to explore the world, so we must offer love and security two very important tools for their development at this age. Some of the activities here are singing, the teacher reading books for it, talking to them, walks around the neighborhood, sensory stimulation, and lots of love.

POLLITOS ( CHICKEN) 23-MONTH TO 3.5 YEARS

This small group is transitioning to being a toddler, the children learn to sit in a group, walk in a group, and have scheduled activities such as going to the park, to the library, exploring, and walking around the neighborhood. They learn to play in a group, share and solve problems together, sing, dance, they are learning to take circle time appropriately, they are learning to follow instructions, and much more. This is a transitional group to being a toddler.

KANGAROO 3.5 YEARS TO 5 YEARS

this small group is in transition for school and they are being prepared to arrive with it with more success, we learn about rules in the classroom, to follow the teacher’s instructions, to do circle time, projects, explorations, numbers, colors, use scissors, use glue, recognize their name, write their name and more this group is more independent and helps the little ones. Our focus is on preparing these little ones for their journey to school.

EXTRA CLASSES

We offer music for all ages twice a month. cooking and science once a month and these classes are for ages 23 months. soccer class once a week, this class is not paid for care and has a small monthly cost that parents cover directly with the soccer coach. This class is at the parent’s option if you want your little one to participate.

ENROLLMENT

Registration for the 2023 school year will be open on February 14, 2023. There are two ways to belong to this little school of ours, the first is by being part of a waiting list and the  second is by filling out our holding spot form that guarantees your place in care.
